Services

Verified suppliers in China.
New markets in Europe and Latin America.

One team to strengthen your sourcing and to open new markets.

If you buy, we find and qualify the right manufacturer. If you manufacture, we open, organise and manage the markets where your technology and products can sell.

Where we work

Spain and EuropeChinaMexico and Ecuador (being activated)

What we do

Both sides of the supply chain, one team.

Most companies do one of two things: buy or sell. We do both, with the same team and a single point of contact.

Supply chain optimisation

Your supply should not depend on a single factory, a single region or a single contact. But adding a supplier is only half the job: first we understand how your business works, identify where cost, lead time and risk really sit, and reorganise the chain from there.

  • Diagnosis of landed cost, lead times, supplier dependence and regulatory compliance
  • Improvement plan: where to add a second supplier, which specifications to change, what to consolidate and what to keep
  • Search and shortlisting of manufacturers in China’s industrial hubs
  • Qualification and audits that assess the real process, not the showroom

Market development

Opening a market is not about delivering a report. It means research, positioning, partners, logistics and sales visits, and we stay with you through all of it, from the first visit to the second order.

  • Europe from Valencia; China from Beijing; Mexico and Ecuador being activated
  • From market sizing to signed distribution agreements
  • Local set-up and launch
  • Logistics, warehousing, service and after-sales

Supply chain optimisation

More than another supplier:
a stronger supply chain.

Phase 01 · Diagnosis

First we understand your business; then, your supply chain

We work from inside your business: product range, volumes and seasonality, margins, quality and regulatory requirements, and where you want to be in three years. Two companies buying the same part may need very different supply chains; until that is clear, any supplier list is guesswork.

What the diagnosis covers

  • Landed costUnit price, freight, duties, packaging and wastage.
  • Lead timePromised versus actual lead times, and how much they vary.
  • DependenceWhat relies on a single supplier or a single region.
  • Process capabilityWho really controls the processes that determine quality.
  • Regulatory complianceWhat the certificates say versus what happens on the factory floor.
  • Logistics and dutiesRoutes, customs procedures and exchange-rate exposure.

Then, the improvement plan

  • Where to add a supplierAnd where a second supplier would only add cost.
  • Where the cost sitsBroken down by process and component.
  • Which specifications to changeAnd what to consolidate rather than split.
  • The order of changesSo that the most critical items are not the first to move.

Phase 02 · Search

We search for and qualify suppliers

Once the brief is defined, we analyse the sector instead of starting from a list: who makes what, at what level, in which industrial hub, and who actually carries out the processes that determine quality. Only then do we propose names.

Supplier map

Industrial hubs, capability levels and the real manufacturers behind trading intermediaries, identified before contacting anyone.

Identification and shortlisting

We build an initial selection through industry channels and screen it for capability, equipment, certifications, export experience and financial standing, never on price alone.

Qualification and audit

On-site factory audits in China, carried out by our team in Beijing: process review, validation of samples and trial runs, and reference checks with the supplier’s customers.

Control de muestras en una línea de producción

From the whole sector to two or three candidates

Suppliers are ruled out at every stage, and we record in writing why each one was ruled out.

Phase 03 · Implementation

We implement the change without interrupting your current supply

Choosing a supplier is the easy part. The hard part is changing a supply chain that is already running, and that is where many searches stall. We stay with you until the new chain runs smoothly.

Samples and qualification

Parts made on the real production line and validated against your specification, not showroom samples.

Trial run

A small batch in your own process: your machines, your operators, your tolerances.

Parallel production

The current and new suppliers run in parallel, and volume only increases while the new one keeps delivering results.

Handover and follow-up

Full volume is transferred; we then support you through the first cycles and keep monitoring the critical points.

Market development

Entering new markets: we don’t just advise, we manage it.

Research, positioning, channels, logistics and sales:
one plan and one team, with KRONO involved in the operation.

We also take care of the less visible part: customs procedures, a warehouse that ships on time, or following up with a distributor who has stopped responding.

A market entry is confirmed by the second order; that is why we stay with you until then.

Three markets, three different approaches

What works in Spain does not work in China, and neither approach works in Mexico. That is why we adapt the method to each market.

Spain · Europe

Europe

Our home market, managed from Valencia. We take the offer to the European market: the standards and certifications buyers require before granting a meeting, the distributors and key accounts that matter, and representation that keeps the customer relationship going after launch.

  • Representation through our Spanish company, and after-sales service
  • Regulations and certifications
  • Distributor and key-account management

China

China

From Beijing, our team works in both directions: it finds, audits and follows up manufacturers, and it supports European companies that want to sell in China. In a market where channels, pricing and regulation work differently, we help them enter with the right partner, sales platform and pricing structure, while protecting their brand.

  • Regulatory and certification pathway
  • Partner, sales platform and channel selection
  • Pricing structure and brand protection

Mexico · Ecuador

Latin America

Being activated. Mexico is the first market and Ecuador the next: markets where personal relationships carry a lot of weight and that are won over time. Our work there: selecting and training distributors and developing key accounts.

  • Distributor selection and training
  • Key-account development
  • Technical support in Spanish

From the first market study to repeat orders

Positioning and pricing

Where the product sits, what it is compared with, and a price structure that withstands discounting.

Channels and partners

Distributors, agents and key accounts: selected, contracted, trained and managed on an ongoing basis.

Local structure

Local company, joint venture or licensee, with the taxes and customs procedures that entry requires.

Logistics and warehousing

Freight, customs, bonded or local stock, and the service level your customer commitments demand.

Sales execution and after-sales

Opportunity follow-up, technical support and the second order: the proof that the market entry has worked.

What we already do for the brands we represent

We apply this same method today with the two manufacturers we represent, with stock in Spain and local technical support.
